That's a phrase used by James Biden (Joe Biden's brother) in describing the shady activities of the Biden family in international business dealings.  A definition of that phrase goes as follows:  “The term typically implies forethought, such as intentionally setting up conditions for the plausible avoidance of responsibility for one's future actions or knowledge”.

This sort of sums up the actions of Biden's family members in their “shady” dealings with foreign countries. They used the Biden name and its influence as their “foot in the door”, to receive monetary rewards. This is quite alarming, should we swear in, as President of the U.S., the patriarch of the family that is under criminal investigation for tax evasion, money laundering and using one's public office for monetary gain.

It seems that the “big guy” in the whole scenario is none other than Joe Biden himself.  His son, Hunter, was the main actor in these less than honest deals in various countries such as Ukraine, Russia, China, Romania, Kazakhstan, Costa Rica, and Iraq etc.

Throughout the recent Presidential campaign, whenever the question of Hunter Biden's activities came up, Joe Biden vehemently claimed he knew nothing of his son's business activities.  Testimony, from one of Hunter's former business partners, Tony Bobulinski, a retired Naval Officer, suggests that not only was Hunter involved in trading in on his family name (while Joe was Vice-President), but that the “Chairman”, mentioned in emails made public by Bobulinski, was actually Joe Biden, who was designated to get 10% of funds generated by Hunter.  Tony Bobulinski stated that he had a sit-down meeting with Joe Biden, where they discussed the activities of Hunter's business connections, contradicting Joe Biden's repeated claims that he had no knowledge of such activities. These claims contradict Tony Bobulinski's testimony that Joe Biden lied when he said he didn't know anything about Hunter's business activities.

It is amazing that the whole Biden family has become multi-millionaires using the name and positions of Joe Biden, as Senator and Vice-President, in getting “sweetheart deals” around the world, without any working knowledge of why they were “hired” in the first place.  Most all had zero experience for the positions they held.

What looks like a major problem for our country's future “President”  is the influence of China on our foreign policy. For example, the Biden family has had a working relationship with China over the past few years, whereby the family received millions of dollars from companies associated with the Communist Party of China.  During the past Presidential campaign it was no secret that the Chinese were rooting for the election of Joe Biden as president, as President Trump had been a “thorn in the side” of the Chinese by imposing tariff's on Chinese products entering in the United States and in questioning their human rights policies.  Will all these measures against the unfair business tactics that the Chinese have been using against the U.S in the past, now be eased under a Joe Biden Presidency?  From past rhetoric of Joe Biden, who has said appeasing words about the Chinese, it looks like China might be back in business exploiting their relationship with the United States.

James Biden, the brother of Joe Biden, was asked by Tony Bobulinski, how the Biden family could possibly get away with all these shady shenanigans, and James Biden arrogantly stated, “plausible deniability”, implying that it would be difficult to find the the Biden family guilty of malfeasance as they have covered their tracks so well.

Will the Biden family get off Scot-free?  Only time will tell whether a double-standard of justice will be the rule again, as prominent politicians, like the Biden family, seem to get off by not being punished for their crimes.

The Chinese weren't on the ballot this past election, but they were the big winners, not Joe Biden.  It is no secret that the Chinese were rooting and scheming, behind the scenes, for the election of Joe Biden as President.  Trump was a “thorn in the side” of the Chinese by imposing tariffs on Chinese goods entering the United States and shedding light on Communist China's human rights violations carried out  against its people. 

The Chinese tentacles have reached out to all parts of our country.  Their influence has corrupted quite a few companies and organizations including the N.B.A. (National Basketball Association), Silicon Valley (Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.), many colleges and universities, and of course, Hollywood.  The Chinese have been spending money like “drunken sailors” all across our country.  They have invested in real estate, shipping ports, interests in corporations, and have given millions to colleges and universities. They have gained influence among some of our elected officials from mayors to governors, congressmen and senators (ex: Rep.Eric Swalwell, and Sen Diane Feinstein, to name a couple)  In addition, they have gained access to Joe Biden through the business dealings of his son, Hunter  and brother, James who have received millions of dollars in shady deals with companies associated with the Chinese government and other countries around the world.

The big question is, how will Joe Biden and his administration deal with China in the future? Will they be compromised as a result of his family's ties to the Communist regime?  Will Joe Biden be as tough as President Trump on China's business practices that Trump confronted with tariff's and moral scolding of their human rights violations?  In other words, will Biden be compromised or even blackmailed by the Chinese against our countries better interests? The answer is obvious.

As Joe Biden assembles his administration, he has named many who have had ties as lobbyists or who have had past dealings with the Chinese government.  Is that a good sign for future dealings with China?  Will the Chinese revert back to dealing with us like they did before Trump took office?  Knowing the “modus operandi” of the Chinese, they will try to maneuver the Biden administration back to previous dealings that favored them over us.  

Since Biden has had this familial interest in China, could China use what they know about Hunter's business interests as a form of “blackmail” to get what they want from the Biden administration? If what was gleaned from Hunter's laptop and his former business associate, Tony Bobulinski, there is much in the laptop that will surely raise “red flags” as to how Biden might be compromised and used by the Chinese for their benefit.

It has been estimated that around 350,000 Chinese students have been enrolled in our colleges and universities.  Most all pay full tuition, much to the delight of those institutions.  It is a known fact that all Chinese citizens (which these students are) must be beholden to the Chinese government, therefore, they are all potential spies for the Communist government.  Many are working in research projects at these colleges and universities which makes it easy to have access to the the findings that the Chinese would like to have.  We don't have the same situation of having a large population of American students enrolled in the colleges and universities in China.

Since China is our #1 adversary in the world today, economically and militarily, why are we allowing them access and influence in our country?  We must remember that it was China who unleashed the COVID-19 virus upon us and the free world, which ultimately affected our recent presidential election.  They received the result they wanted with the 'election' of Joe Biden.

Yes, Joe Biden may be President-elect under an ominous cloud of fraud, but the big winner here is really China.

Now that information has finally come out that the Democrats were “palsy-walsy” with foreign countries, including Russia and China, you wonder why the media was so quiet before the last election, when they knew details of those collusions.

For over 3 years, the Democrats were bellowing Russia, Russia, Russia, claiming that President Trump was a willing stooge of Russia and Vladimir Putin.  It was finally proven to be a colossal hoax by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigating team.  Many of the politicians who pushed that false narrative, are now involved in their own scandal, this time with actual facts to back up those claims of malfeasance.  Isn't it amazing that since Joe Biden is the presumed  President-Elect, the media now seems fit to now cover these stories of foreign involvement with the Democrats, rather reluctantly? 

Under investigation are Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, and Representative Eric Swalwell (D-Ca.). After almost a complete “blackout” about Hunter Biden before the election, it now has been learned that the FBI is investigating Hunter's business dealings, with emphasis on his tax returns and charges of money laundering, while his father, Joe Biden, was vice-president. They are investigating Hunter's involvement in getting “sweetheart deals” in Ukraine, Russia, China, and Kazakhstan, from which he raked in millions of dollars. The question is, did he report all those dollars to the IRS?

How did that involve Joe Biden?  We'll find out, hopefully.  Before the election, a business partner of Hunter Biden, former retired naval officer, Tony Bobulinski, told a story of what was Hunter's involvement in China, and how Joe Biden was a 10% recipient of the funds provided by the Chinese government to Hunter Biden. He even claimed that he had an actual face-to-face with Joe Biden. Joe has denied any implication that he was involved, but it seems that “where there is smoke, there is fire”,  It doesn't look good for “Sleepy Joe” and the truth.

During the Trump impeachment activities by Democrats, from day one of Trump's election, one of his biggest detractors was Representative Eric Swalwell, who along with Representative Adam Schiff, continually accused Trump of being a patsy for Russia and in the pocket of Vladimir Putin.  Swalwell and Schiff continually stated that they had “irrefutable” evidence that Trump was involved with the Russians.  The Mueller Investigation, after almost 3 years of investigating Trump, with a bevy of Democrat prosecutors, found no collusion or conspiracy by Trump with the Russians.  It only took over $30 million of taxpayer money to find out this was a hoax.  What a waste of time and money.

Now, the “worm has turned” and Swalwell has been accused of involvement with a female Chinese spy, whom he hired as an aide in his congressional office.  Now you have a congressman pointing the finger at the president (falsely), when he was involved with an actual foreign agent in his own office.  How can you not call Swalwell a hypocrite, when you have an immoral representative representing our country in Congress and doing what he was accusing the President of doing?  Do you think Swalwell fits that description?

Is this what we can expect from a new administration?  Will the news media be as skeptical of the Democrats as they were about President Trump and his administration? Don't hold your breath for that to happen.  I'll bet that the “fake news” media will continue to hide most negative stories about the Democrats and Joe Biden, after all, they are the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

So, don't expect any bombshells, from the “fake news” media, with the exception of Fox News, the NY Post and the Wall Street Journal. It's funny how the media seems to have a case of amnesia when it comes to corruption by the Democrats.  You could say journalism is dead in our country as bias seems to be their mode of operation, all in the interest of one party, the Democrats.

May God bless America, as I feel we'll need all his help with this group of reprobates taking over our government.

Those famous robbers from the Old West, the Jesse James Gang, seem to have been reincarnated into today's Democrat Party.  According to many experts who observed this past election, the Democrat Party pulled off the greatest election “heist” since the beginning of our democratic republic.  They make the Jesse James Gang look like pikers.

Let's look at some of the facts of this past election.  President Trump, the incumbent, received more votes than any previous president seeking reelection.  In fact, he got 11 million more votes than he did in 2016. Impressive.

That increase can be attributed to the fact that Trump fared better with many key demographic groups and received 95% of the Republican vote.  Quite remarkably, Trump grew support among black voters by 50% over 2016 while Biden's support fell below 90% of black voters.  In addition, Trump earned 35% of the Hispanic vote.

In previous elections, the Midwestern states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin generally followed the results of Ohio and Iowa, but not this time.  While current results show that outside of these few cities, the vote swung in Trump's favor, however, Biden presently 'leads' in these three states. This is largely due to an over abundance of votes from the precincts of Detroit, Philadelphia and Milwaukee, cities with a notorious history for voter irregularities in past elections.  Interestingly, more people voted in these cities than were registered to vote,   attributing to Biden's questionable 'lead' over Trump. Sounds suspect to me.

Another anomaly, victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers like Biden, usually have down ballot coattails.  Biden did not.  In fact, all Congressional Republican incumbents won their seats, and at least 12 Republican candidates turned over and won seats from Democrats who were not expected to lose.  That alone should raise some “red flags” about the outcome of the Presidential election.

How come on election night, Trump led in all battleground states, but in the early morning hours of November 4th, hundreds of thousands of votes came in with a high 90:10 ratio of Biden to Trump votes?  Also, in some areas, late arriving ballots were illegally counted (past the election date cutoff). In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots had impossible return dates plus another 86,000 had extraordinary return dates. That raises serious questions and concerns.  The rejection rates for absentee ballots usually run a little over 3%, but in this election, the rejection rate was below 1%. Do you smell a Democ-RAT?

What gives rise to the claims that this election was “rigged” is that every questionable vote was in Biden's favor, not Trump's.  In addition. Hundreds of thousands of votes had just the Biden box checked off with no down ballot check offs.  That is a statistical impossibility as declared by analysts.

This, along with Biden's campaign strategy of campaigning from his basement bunker, and his inability to generate enough excitement to fill a parking lot on the few occasions he left Delaware, make it highly suspect that he could have legally amassed 80 million votes. Compare this to President Trump who crisscrossed the country holding rallies before tens of thousands of highly motivated supporters.  The mass media narrative that Biden is our President-Elect, fair and square, just doesn't add up or make any sense.

There's no doubt that the Jesse James Gang would look favorably upon the Democrats for what they did for Joe Biden, in this less than honest and fair election. This is one of the biggest American “heists” ever committed, that would likely spark the envy and adulation of Jesse and his notorious gang.

Back where I grew up in New York City, everybody who was registered to vote, did so on the first Tuesday in November, except the few who were infirm or out of town, in which case they used absentee ballots to vote.  On that November day you went into the voting booth,  after a voting clerk confirmed your address and verified that your signature matched the one on the voting rolls. Once in the voting booth you closed the curtain, pulled the lever for your candidates, and when you reopened the curtain to exit, your vote had been cast.  No hankey-pankey with early voting, or voting weeks and months in advance of the November voting day. No “universal mailed-in ballots” were sent to my house, without my asking, and all votes were tallied and results announced by late evening on election day or early the next morning. It didn't take weeks to know the results, and there were very few claims of illegal votes being cast, unlike today.

So what happened recently with so many election totals being challenged?  It seems that modern technology has screwed up our election system. Many Americans have lost confidence in our election process and results, questioning its integrity. Our trust is further weakened with the knowledge that outside companies, with foreign ties, were hired to tally our votes.  Using modern cyber technology was supposed to enable us to tally the election results more quickly and accurately, but in reality, the opposite has happened.

It seems one political party, the Democrat Party, has fervently led the charge in altering our voting system, not for the better, but for the worse.  By making it easier to vote several weeks in advance, they were able get more of their voters out to vote, whether their ballots were legally cast or not.  In many states, the verification of signatures and the requirement of photo I.D's. was disregarded, thereby eliminating safeguards to insure that the person voting was in fact registered and eligible to vote.  Also, the Democrats campaigned to have blank voting ballots mailed out to all addresses, regardless if people at those addresses were 'real' voters.  It has been alleged that many of those “universal mailed out ballots” were returned without any authentication or validation as to whether they were legitimate or not.  As a result, large numbers of ballots were mailed to the tabulation centers, without verification signatures or  valid postmarks.  Some states actually allowed votes that lacked a valid postmark to be counted days after the November election date.  Those decisions were made illegally, because according to the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures can make voting rules, changes, and procedures, not state governors or state or local election officials.

This past presidential election has brought all these problems to the forefront. Many in the media have claimed that the winner of the election, is Joe Biden, paying absolutely no attention to the charges and evidence of voter fraud  manipulation. This is journalistic malpractice at best. 

It has been charged that the company hired by most states where allegations of fraud have occurred, is a company with dubious credentials called Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion was acquired by State Street Capital in 2018, founded by former members of George Soros' funded Carlyle Group. In fact, the State of Texas refused to use them because they found them to be lacking in reliability.  Even some Democrat politicians, Sen. Amy Klobachar and Sen. Elizabeth Warren complained about the reliability of the Dominion Voting Systems in the past.

My solution to this serious problem of maintaining voting integrity, is to go back to “in-person voting” where photo and signature verification can be ascertained at the time of voting.  Also, to insure that we make in-person voting more accessible,  voting should be available on the weekend when most people are off from work, as well as on the Monday before election day. Any voting not done in-person should have legal methods to verify the signature and postmark of the absentee ballots. Every “legal” vote should be counted.

We can't have another election like this past one, as most people in both parties believe this election was riddled with fraud.  Our right to vote is sacred. Ensuring the integrity of our election process is critical to maintaining our Democratic Republic. Let's return to in-person elections like in the past before modern technology screws up another election.

Sometimes in order to make a determination, you have to put things side by side for comparison. By looking at the Washington Press Corp's approach in the way they interrogated President Trump, versus their nauseating display of butt smooching questions directed towards Joe Biden, in rare in person scripted press conferences.

Whereas, the President's questioners were randomly picked and extemporaneously answered, Biden's are preselected and his answers are prompted by peeking down at the podium for notes written for him by his handlers, evident during one of his transition press conferences.

The Biden transition team is now busy replenishing the swamp with the slime that the Trump administration cleaned up. The next four years is going to be a reunion of Obama has-beens making a comeback. Stale bread makes a lousy sandwich!

Are the next four years going to be palatable, or will we have to wait for 2024 to find a HERO with fresh ingredients, that pulled us out of the swamp in 2016, and made America Great Again?
