Chuck on the right side
THIS IS A BLOG THAT TRIES TO APPEAL TO THE AVERAGE CONSERVATIVE CITIZEN AND HAS NO AGENDA OTHER THAN TELLING THE TRUTH AS WE SEE IT.
Remember Lance Armstrong, the famous road racing cyclist, who won most all cycling races until they found out he cheated by using performance enhancing drugs? Well, does that remind you of President Joe Biden?
Joe Biden continues to say “Trust Me” as he dismantles most of the policies of ex-President Donald Trump. He ran for president from his basement bunker as a ”Moderate” Democrat, and said that he was going to bring back unity to our country and to our politics. Well, what has happened so far in his quest for unity, or is he faking it just like Lance Armstrong? You wonder, with his penchant for gaffes and misspeaks, is he pushing “moderate” policies, or is he mouthing the policies of Bernie Sanders and the “Squad”, whose policies are supposed to be that of “Democrat Socialists”, who seem to be the driving force behind the present-day Democrat Party? During his “winning” non-campaign for President, Joe Biden has flip-flopped on a myriad of issues including the energy producing practice of “Fracking” (the production of oil and natural gas); his pledge to not raise taxes on the middle class (he says he'll raise taxes only on the rich but he'll have to raise them on the middle class as that is where the money is) in fact, he has issued over 50 executive orders that have rescinded most of the policies of President Trump. Joe “Trust Me” Biden, is the same guy who had to abort his previous campaign for president in 1988 after being accused of plagiarism of using a speech by a British member of parliament as his own. This is the same Joe Biden who claimed academic achievements which he didn't merit. This is the same Joe Biden who claimed that Roe vs, Wade went too far and that he supported the Hyde Amendment, which prevented federal funding for abortion. This is the same Joe Biden who said, in 2006, that the United States should not grant amnesty to illegal aliens. This is the same Joe Biden who in 1996, voted for the “Defense of Marriage Act” which prohibited federal registration of same-sex marriages. As Vice-President under Obama, he said he was in favor of “clean coal”, now he wants to shut down all coal production in 10 years. Also, this is the same Joe Biden who was a strong supporter for the Constitutional right to bear arms, now he backs aggressive gun control laws. The list goes on and on. The question is, can you “Trust” Joe Biden like he says you should trust him? Some have called him the “Great Equivocator” who seems to change his mind as the “wind blows”. As an inveterate politician, for close to 50 years in government, some have concluded that he is being manipulated by two of his closest radical cronies, Ron Klein and Susan Rice, and by Senator Bernie Sanders and Representative Alexandria Ocasio- Cortez and her “Squad”. His policies as president are not considered “moderate”, but are the creations of the far-left of his party. He equivocates and lacks conviction when he speaks, even when he uses a teleprompter. As during the campaign when he stated, “No new fracking”, and then recently when he visited Pittsburgh, Biden proved himself a liar by saying, “I am not banning fracking”. Sorry Joe, you can't have it both ways. Which was the lie and which is the truth? So yes, it is proper to equate Joe Biden with Lance Armstrong, as both seem to have a penchant for not telling the truth. How many times has Joe Biden chided Trump for lying but he seems to embrace the saying, “people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones”. Let's hope we survive this “illegitimate” president, as he is becoming the laughing stock in our country and around the world. Conservative Commentary by Chuck Lehmann

The embarrassing display of President Biden's stumbling as he tried to maneuver the steps of Air Force One was another indication that his physical and cognitive abilities are fading. I'm sure this is being noted by the rest of the world and will affect the way they deal with the United States.
But these are not the only missteps Mr. Biden has made so far, even before the first 100-day mark. He has made over 50 others, as he has issued over 50 executive orders that open the country to the 'woke' cancel culturists. He's put us on the road to socialism and the demise of our Constitution. Conservative Commentary by George Giftos Both Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer said that the American people are in favor of the misnamed “Corona Virus Bill” passed by the Democrat controlled House and Senate and signed by President Biden.
Remember when Biden said he wanted to bring unity back to the country and government, and that he was willing to work with the Republicans on a bi-partisan basis? Well, what happened? That wonderful “Corona Virus Relief Bill”, as the Democrats praised it to the hilt, was passed with nary a Republican voting for it. It was a repeat from the Democrats “Obamacare” bill back in 2009 when Nancy Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill to know what's in it”. Again this time, no Republicans voted for it. It was determined that the “Corona Virus Relief Bill”, which totaled $1.9 trillion (that's trillion with a “t”) covered only 9% of virus relief of the total bill, and the other 91% was for “Pork”, for most of the liberal Democrats representing Blue States. You could say that the Democrats confused the public by calling it a “Corona Virus Relief Bill” when it was actually a Blue State bailout bill with some money going to people (similar to a bribe) to make it palatable to the general public. Did the voters who voted for Biden really think that he would be the puppet of the far-left wing of the Democrat Party headed by Socialists Bernie Sanders and Alexandia Ocasio-Cortez and her “Squad”? In fact Bernie Sanders said that this bill was the most “Progressive” piece of legislation in his lifetime. Believe Bernie. Also, to add to the confusion (a/k/a double-speak), when the Biden Administration was questioned about its immigration policy, Biden and his cronies said that it was not a “crisis” at the border, it was just a “challenge”, as tens of thousands of illegal aliens swarmed into the country. The Biden Administration seems to be clueless as to the effect their policy has had on the surge of the illegal alien invasion. Anybody, with a modicum of common sense, knows that we don't have a country if we don't have enforced borders, and that we will just be a way station for anyone who is looking for free benefits that we offer as a nation. I believe most U.S. citizens are not against immigrants or immigration, but they are against immigrants violating our sovereignty by entering our country illegally and not through the proper legal process. The Democrats tug on the emotions and heartstrings by faking empathy for the poor and downtrodden from other countries who try to enter our country illegally, especially the unaccompanied children (those 17 years and younger). A good analogy that might be used to those who approve of the Biden immigration policy, would be to ask them this, “If a family of four walked through the front door of your home and demanded that you give them shelter, food, health care and education, what would you do? Would you welcome them with open arms or would you call the police to have them removed from your home claiming that they had no right to invade your home without being invited? I dare say, the vast majority would call the police to have them removed. Of course, If you claim that right to privacy in your own home, you'll be called a racist and a bigot by the “Social Culture Warriors”. C'est la vie ! Biden and his spokesmen (and women to be politically correct) will try to confuse you by using “compassionate” words that they are doing the honorable thing in passing the “pork laden” Corona Virus Relief Bill, and with their “humanitarian” immigration policy. They will try to convince you that their policies are good for the country, but knowing that their policies are really B.S., they'll try to confuse you into thinking that they are right. Don't fall for their “snake oil”. Conservative Commentary by Chuck Lehmann According to our justice system everyone is entitled to a fair trial and anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty. With that in mind, can the Minneapolis, Minnesota policeman, Derek Chauvin, who is accused of 2nd degree murder in George Floyd's death, really get a fair trial in this highly charged racial environment that is gripping the country, especially in Minneapolis where the trial is going to be held?
I'm not per-determining the outcome of Officer Chauvin's trial, we'll let the jurors determine his guilt or innocence. But, let's go over the facts as we know it now before the trial begins. On May 25, 2020, a shop owner called the police because a man, later identified as George Floyd, tried to pass a phony $20 bill. The police arrived and confronted George Floyd, questioning him about the phony bill. During the course of questioning George Floyd, George appeared to be in an agitated and combative state. While being interrogated, Floyd got in his car, started acting hysterical, and when asked to get out of the car, he refused. This was when the confrontation became physical between Floyd and the police. When Floyd refused to exit his car, the police opened the car door and tried to remove him. Once they got him out of the car, the police managed to put him in handcuffs, despite Floyd resisting their efforts. As the situation became more physical, Floyd continued to actively resist the police. Floyd was ranting and foaming at the mouth as he resisted, and the police asked him if he ingested any drugs. He said no, but his behavior belied his actions. Even during this time, Floyd complained about having trouble breathing. As his volatile actions continued, he was asked to get in the back of the police car. Floyd physically resisted getting into the police car so the police put him on the ground to be restrained. During this time of restraining him, Officer Derek Chauvin placed his knee on the neck of Floyd, as the police manual said a policeman should do in this kind of situation. Floyd again, stated that he couldn't breathe. This lasted a little over 8 minutes when Floyd finally quieted down and seemed to pass out. An ambulance was called and he was transported to the hospital where Floyd was pronounced dead. During the entire incident, the policemen with Chauvin, were filming what was happening with their police cameras. The photos of Chauvin kneeling on the neck of Floyd looked like he was unduly restraining Floyd. Some claimed, that Chauvin, a white policeman, was doing what he did because Floyd was a black man and thus, it was an act of police brutality. As we all know now, once Floyd's death was broadcast and the pictures displaying Chauvin kneeling on his neck were made public, the black agitators, BLM (Black Lives Matter), mobilized the black community into protesting Floyd's death at the hands of the police. This protest, agitated by BLM, erupted into days and weeks of arson, pillaging and looting, and violence, thus causing millions of dollars of damage to the area of Minneapolis where the incident took place. The riots were not confined only to Minneapolis, but the mayhem and frenzy continued around the country in the name of George Floyd's death. Officer Chauvin and his fellow officers were promptly accused of murder of an unarmed “innocent” black man even before any evidence was presented about what happened. The term “racist police” was the cry of the rioters as the “race card” was used to influence the angst of the public against the Minneapolis police and to justify the rioting. This narrative was mainly used by left-wing racial arsonists, to discredit the police and to pre-judge the police as racist murderers. Weeks and months after the death of Floyd, the medical examiner came out with his autopsy report that George Floyd had ingested “Meth” and had a lethal amount of Fentynal in his system, and in addition he had an enlarged heart which contributed to his death. This, along with the restraint by Officer Chauvin, all contributed to the death of Floyd. All this information, along with the past criminal history of Floyd, will be brought out during the trial, but with potential mob violence lurking if Chauvin is found not guilty. This fear might tarnish the decision of the jurors as they don't want to see another violent spree in their city. Will they convict to avoid the potential violence and mayhem and ignore the possible evidence that points to an acquittal of Officer Chauvin? What will be the outcome? Who knows? Let's just hope that justice will be served. Conservative Commentary by Chuck Lehmann What do these people all have in common?
Harris Faulkner, Jason Whitlock, Candace Owens, Dr. Ben Carson, Lawrence Jones, Angela McGlowan, Tyrus, Leo Terrell, Stacy Dash, Larry Elder, Condoleezza Rice, Clarence Thomas, Deneen Borelli, Thomas Sowell, Alveda King, Charles Payne, Ted Williams, David Webb, Hershel Walker, Burgess Owens, Alan West, Rob Smith, Diamond and Silk, Sen. Tim Scott, Rep. Byron Donalds, and the late Walter Williams. This is just a partial list of a growing group of Conservative Blacks who have not allowed themselves to be trapped in urban plantations, cities run by skillful manipulators who further their political ambitions by creating generations of virtual victims. Instead of relying on others for their survival, these individuals have relied on themselves and their ingenuity to be positive, contributing members of society. Criticizing Blacks seems to be only permissible when you criticize a Conservative Black, but it is not O.K. otherwise, lest you be falsely accused of being racist and labeled a white supremacist. Unbelievably, some of the Conservative Blacks on my list have been called an "Uncle Tom", a "Black Sellout" or other epithets, for daring to criticize and call out another Black person. My respect reaches to all whom I listed above. I admire some for their intellect while holding others in high esteem for their achievements and selfless contributions for the benefit of our country. Many minorities living in urban plantations who function without government subsidies, do so by their own initiative, not waiting for someone else to clear their path. This formula is not a racial thing but it has became one, because the media and liberals made it so. It's about time that false accusations of racism used for political gain and as a means to divide our country, be put to bed. Instead of vilifying Black Conservatives and making them pariahs within their race, it is time for Blacks to offer them a seat at the table. If five people were having dinner, where three contributed the food and two brought nothing and did nothing to help, yet expected to be fed equally, what would you think? Conservative Commentary by George Giftos Remember a few years ago during the confirmation hearing for then Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, when the Democrats were in a frenzy about him being a sexual abuser and therefore, he should not be confirmed? It turned out to be a phony charge, but the Democrats slandered and libeled him using many sleazy tactics and presenting them as the truth. Kavanaugh's accuser was found to not be believable and Judge Kavansugh was confirmed and now sits on the Supreme Court. This confirmation hearing occurred at the height of the “Me Too” movement that proclaimed that any woman who accused a man of sexual harassment or sexual abuse, should be believed, no matter what. The hell with the tenet that “a person is innocent until proven guilty”.
Well now, we have a sexual abuse case against a prominent, Democrat, Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. The Governor, a rising star in the Democrat Party, gained in popularity during the early stages of the Chinese caused pandemic, due to his daily, televised briefings regarding his management of the COVID-19 virus in N.Y. As the virus played out, he was accused of placing virus infected elderly patients back into their nursing homes, which according to the N.Y. State Attorney General, was the precipitating cause of about 15,000 deaths. It is alleged that Governor Cuomo was responsible for that deadly decision. Notwithstanding his terrible decision, he was awarded an EMMY for his daily briefings, and he wrote a book patting himself on the back, the theme of which was his handling of the virus in N.Y. State. However, calls for his resignation have been advanced by both Republicans and many of his fellow Democrats. Just recently, in addition to his nursing home debacle, he has been accused of sexual harassment and sexual abuse by two former aides who worked for him in the Governor's office. Now the pressure on him to resign has been doubled and it looks like his Democrat Party is throwing him under the bus. Of course, the sanctimonious Democrats and their shills in the news media, have been dragged kicking and screaming for his head after unsuccessfully trying to prop him up until it became obvious that the facts couldn't save him from bringing dishonor to the party. Whether he succumbs to the pressure to resign, only time will tell. Prominent Democrats, who were calling for the head of Justice Kavanaugh as a sexual abuser, without any reliable evidence, had been very quiet when the sexual allegations against Cuomo first surfaced, namely then Sen. Kamala Harris, Sen. Mazie Hirono, Sen. Cory Booker and others. They claimed that Judge Kavanaugh was guilty until he could prove himself innocent, the opposite of that legal tenet of a “a person is innocent until proven guilty”. Their words have now come back to bite them in the butt. The “modus operandi” of the Democrats is to convict any Republican of an indiscretion no matter how flimsy the evidence, while having a blind eye to any indiscretion of a Democrat. As our headline stated, “How Do You Spell Democrat – Would it be H-y-p-o-c-r-i-t-e?”, the answer is yes, that is a CORRECT statement. Conservative Commentary by Chuck Lehmann |
