When someone says the phrase “I Smell a Rat” it means they feel something is not quite right.  They may feel suspicious of a situation or of another person.  To me, this past election fits this definition to a tee.

It's ironic that months ago, President Trump said that the only way he would lose the election was by the Democrats cheating and fixing the results in their favor.  How prescient was he in making that observation? He was widely condemned for saying that, as usual.

All the talk about rigged elections seems to have come true especially in the so-called “Battleground States”.  When voting rules were changed by the Democrats only, you got the feeling that something was not right.  Sure enough, it came to pass, as any non-partisan observant person could “smell a rat”.

Let's look at the voting changes that took place since the beginning of the year that left the door open for some individuals to commit fraud and to “stuff” ballot boxes.

Many of the contested states opted for “universal mail-in” votes, whereby ballots were sent to all registered voters regardless if they requested them or not.  Who knows who received those ballots?  Were they sent to people who had moved and were non-residents, or were they sent to people who were no longer alive, or were they sent to anyone who got their hands on them illegally? In addition, some states passed voting rules that votes could be handed in days after the November 3rd election day. Many votes were turned in and counted after the real voting date and many with no valid signature or date on them.  Another point where someone could “smell a rat” was that in many states the number of people who voted exceeded the number of registered voters on the books.  How could that be in a fair and honest election?  It certainly infers that fraud was present.

It boggles the mind that a candidate for the office of President, could spend most all of the campaign hunkered down in his basement while his opponent traveled all over the country holding rallies in front of many, many thousands of people.  The Biden campaign must've realized that the “fix was in” in the various battleground states, and that the votes were there for Biden no matter if he campaigned or not.

It is no coincidence that Democrats had fixed elections in the past, including the Presidential election of John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon in 1960, whereby votes mysteriously turned up in that notorious corrupt city of Chicago and in the state of Texas, the home state of VP candidate, Lyndon B. Johnson, which was just enough votes to put the Democrat ticket over the top. Also, more recently, was the Senatorial election contest in Minnesota between Republican Senator Norm Coleman and his challenger, Democrat, comedian, Al Franken.  On election night Coleman went to bed with thousands of votes in the lead, but woke up in the morning after many thousands of votes were turned in, by magic, that gave the election to Franken.  Why Coleman never vigorously challenged the outcome is still a mystery to observers.  It seems most all questions of voter fraud is leveled against the Democrats and not the Republicans.  Would you call that a pattern of deceit? 

It looks like a similar situation has occurred in a few of the battleground states this election cycle, as President Trump was leading on the night of November 3, but in the days after, votes turned up to change the election results especially in states that had “universal mail-in ballots”.  That's where the phrase “I smell a rat”  comes into play as most of the votes turned in late were for the benefit of Joe Biden, especially in the corrupt cities of Philadelphia and Detroit.  As usual, the question could be asked, “How come we never find missing or late Republican votes?

Whether Biden is finally declared the winner, it left a bad taste in the mouths of Republicans as they feel that they have been “screwed”.  A poll found that 70% of Republicans feel that way. The integrity of our elections must be made honest in the future or the disunity that we see now between the competing factions, will continue, or the phrase “I smell a rat” will be the phrase that will permeate all our future elections.

After this past presidential election, the words of Josef Stalin, the dictator butcher of the U.S.S.R., as written in the headline, seem to be prescient and valid.  For months, President Trump has railed against the idea of mailing ballots to everyone and the possibility of fraud and misuse, saying it would be a voting disaster.  Well, it seems that he was spot on as we have just witnessed at the conclusion of the recent election.

Since the beginning of the year, the Democrats have been pushing to get mail out ballots approved in certain mostly battleground states, using the excuse of the pandemic as the reason to avoid having people wait on lines to vote, thereby exposing them to COVID-19 due to close contact. The question is, why were they so insistent on having this procedure implemented as the risk was minimal at best if people followed protocols of mask wearing and social distancing?  Well, you just witnessed the result of this fraud-prone procedure as charges of voter fraud abound in a number of states.  The votes that were counted, in some cases, had no postmark, no signature verification and in some cases were allowed to be counted 3 days after election day.  What could go wrong with that scenario? By mailing out ballots to everyone not knowing whether that person was eligible to vote or whether the person living at that address was really that person, or whether the person was actually living and had not passed away.  That's one of the reasons why it has taken so long to count the votes, legal or illegal.  There have been rumors that votes have been dumped off by using vote harvesting or actually forging ballots to be counted.  Most of these instances have the hand-prints of the Democrats all over them.

President Trump has been warning for months about the chaos and screw ups that would occur if these changes in voting procedures were made.  Sure enough, his words came true as the voting system has been turned on its head, especially in the so-called battleground states.  All the changes favored Joe Biden.
This is a terrible way to run an election.  Notorious cities that previously were involved in voter fraud, namely Philadelphia and Detroit,  were at the forefront of more charges of election chicanery.  It seems that the Democrats knew in advance what the outcome would be, as did President Trump, but it was the Democrats who were in charge of those cities and states where the alleged voter fraud has taken place. A charge has been made that a batch of votes were dumped to be counted in Philadelphia and 100% were for Joe Biden, which would be a statistical impossibility.

It seems that anything goes with the Democrats if it makes them a winner.  As the old sayings go, “They might win the battle now, but lose the war later” or “What goes around comes around” could be applied to the Democrats who would rue the day that they followed the words of Comrade Josef Stalin about winning elections.  It's a sad day for the United States that this sort of thing could happen in our democratic republic.  Our founding father's must be turning over in their graves.

What better way for the Chinese to get its revenge against Donald Trump than to infect the United States with the COVID-19 virus. They knew the devastation it would wreak upon the innocent  citizens, and they knew that Trump's enemies would use the deadly disease against him.  To them it was payback time for what Trump did to them economically.  The Democrats used the virus to hang a noose around the neck of President Trump, all during his campaign for re-election.

The Democrats, egged on by their unrestrained hatred for Trump, lied incessantly about the way Trump addressed the problem of the virus and how it affected over 220,000 people who have died from this deadly virus.  Whatever Trump did or said, the Democrats and their lackey's in the media, used the Chinese virus deaths as a cudgel over Trump's head, as being the villain causing those deaths.  A blatant, vicious falsehood, all in the name of destroying the presidency of Donald Trump.

The Democrats candidate for president, Joe Biden, said he came up with a plan to fight the virus, only problem with his “plan” was that what he proposed was what Trump was doing all along.  In fact, the major decision Trump made was to close travel from China (a move that Dr. Fauci said saved many thousands of American citizens lives), at the end of January.  And in addition, a few weeks later, Trump stopped travel from Europe who were experiencing a high degree of infections.  Joe Biden and the Democrats charged Trump with xenophobia, bigotry, and racism, the standard slurs used by the Democrats for the past 4 years, a charge totally unfounded and which was spoken with venom by them on an almost daily basis.

For all those people who have “Monday morning quarterbacked” the president on his handling the CORVID-19 virus, it might be well to ask those demagogues,  what would you have done differently from what Trump and his virus Task Force did?  The Democrats inflamed with incendiary rhetoric, the virus throughout the whole campaign, and it looked like it reaped the dividends that it sought by helping to bring Trump down.

China is now licking its chops over the “coup d'tat” that they seemed to have pulled off by unleashing the virus on America, and I might add, the rest of the world.  They wanted to get rid of the “thorn in their side” represented by Donald Trump, as they'd much rather deal with Joe Biden, with whom they've had dealings with him and his family in the past.

Yes, the Chinese got their revenge and we, the people of the United States, were the big losers. We can't let the Chinese communists get away with severely disrupting our society and our presidential election, without some sort of payback on our part.  Revenge can and should be a two-way street, and as bad it is morally to be revengeful, some sort of punitive action should be taken upon them for causing this plague against the United States and the rest of the world.

Our country has been turned on its head after a black person is killed or injured in a confrontation with law enforcement.  Riots, pillaging, arson and attacks on individuals, especially police, have occurred after each one of those episodes.  From the reports in the “fake news” media you'd think that the police shot, injured or killed the black person indiscriminately or for no apparent reason, including the charge of racism on the part of the police.  That false charge is made even though many of the police departments are well integrated and some even with a majority of black officers.

Inevitably, after further investigation about what happened, it turns out that the victim was his own worst enemy by not complying with the orders of law enforcement personnel.  In the meantime, false narratives about what happened have triggered the mayhem and havoc that ensued in the towns and cities where the incident happened.

Immediately, after the event happened, anarchist groups like BLM and ANTIFA, mobilized their adherents, and to enrage the community with false reports of police brutality and misconduct.  In the vast majority of cases, the initial reports were false and unsubstantiated, but the damage had already been done as the community erupted in violence and illegal behavior.

As the false or exaggerated story unfolds, the victims of the police confrontations are made out to be “martyrs” for the cause of racial justice by those very same groups that have been causing the violence and mayhem.  In most cases, the initial reports are lacking in authenticity, but it is too late to stop the carnage in the towns and cities where the civil unrest is happening.  If you delve into the so-called victims, you'll find practically all are criminals, with a violent past, and drug addicts.  They are not the innocent victims that the anarchists and news media falsely point them out to be.

So, it is quite evident that those groups who participate in the rioting, are just waiting anxiously for a police/black victim confrontation to take place, and then they mobilize, through social media, their sycophants to go to the town or city to do their “dirty work”, and to bring their weapons such as, hammers, Molotov cocktails, and in some cases firearms, in order to fire bomb, break windows, and deface buildings and monuments etc.  In fact, these groups have their own buses to transport these paid anarchists to the towns and cities.

Part of the problem is that some of the governors and mayors, mostly all from Democrat run states and cities, refuse to confront these violent groups thereby letting them run wild to commit their carnage.

As a society, we should not elevate those who confront or assault police with the status of being called a “martyr”.  We should not jump to conclusions before all the facts turn out in each of situations mentioned above.  Most of the police are the barrier between peace and violence. They are the real “martyrs”.
