If you listen to the news on the far-left stations of CNN and MSNBC, you'd think that our country is heading for the loss of our democracy. From the President's spokesperson, Jen Psaki, and the aforementioned radical stations, they all repeated the same cliche -  are we slowly losing our democracy?  It's amazing how Democrat talking points and the media talking points are conspicuously the same, almost word for word.  Would you then conclude that the main stream media is the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party?

The far-left wing of the Democrat Party, which seem to be in the majority of the party, are demanding the passage of a voting rights bill (a misnomer if there ever was one) that scuttles voter I.D. and signature verification, validates universal main-in ballots, and other changes that they used in the run-up to the 2020 election, which definitely was instrumental in the Biden victory.  In addition, the radical Democrats want to do away with the Electoral College, the Senate filibuster rule, and the admittance of two new states (predominantly Democrat leaning) of the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.  It seems that the liberal Democrats want to carry out the dictates of former President Barack Obama's, who wanted to “transform the country” by doing away with parts of our Constitution, a Constitution that is the envy of the free world and which has made us the pre-eminant country in the world.

Most all of the changes the Democrats want are changes that were shot down previously by them just a few short years ago when they were in the minority.  Now that they are in the majority (at least until the 2022 off-year election), they want to pass the changes they were against to benefit their radical ideas and to ensure electoral victories in the future.

The major push for instituting these changes are coming from the “Millennial” generation (18 to 35) who seem to have been brainwashed in our ultra-liberal educational institutions, which have been infiltrated by far-left teachers and professors.

This all started with ex-President Barack Obama wanting to “Transform America” (as stated before).  Obama fell short because he lost both the House and Senate in 2010.  All that has changed now since the Democrats are in the majority in both the legislative and executive branches of government.  So far, they have failed to accomplish their changes because of some recalcitrant Democrat Senators, Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema, who are bucking their party.  With the  enormous pressure put upon these two Senators, the Democrat leadership hopes that they will change their minds when these changes come up for a vote.

So is there a danger to our democracy?  Yes, if the Democrats get their way before the 2022 election.  So far, it looks like the two senators will not budge.

This is why the 2022 election is so important for our democratic republic.  The threat to our democracy is real, but not by whom the Democrats charge is the real threat – the Republicans, it is the Democrats themselves.

Here we go again, another radical district attorney has emerged in New York City through the efforts of that despicable anti-American, George Soros.  Newly installed Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg, has proclaimed that it is now open season on his constituents by refusing to prosecute a number of crimes that demand prosecution.  For starters he is doing away with the whole enforcement thing for a host of offenses: fare evasion; trespass; traffic infractions; resisting arrest; prostitution; with some exceptions, these offenses (among others) will no  longer be prosecuted in Manhattan.   Many other misdemeanors will now be met with diversion into “program” completion of which will also trigger non-prosecution.

This is just a continuation of Soros targeting certain cities, mostly in “blue states”, with soft on crime prosecutors.  In the past, Soros funded “progressive” district attorney's in the following cities such as Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Chicago etc.  All these cities have shown a vast increase in crime, including murder as a result.  Along with no prosecution of crimes, the defund the police, no or low bail when criminals are arrested, and release of many felons from our jails and prisons, are all part of Soros' evil interventions. 

The main victims of these lax crime policies are people living in low income neighborhoods where mostly minorities are living. Many of the law abiding residents, in those areas, are up in arms about what is happening in their neighborhoods.  Back over 25 years ago, during the mayoralty of Rudy Giuiliani when he instituted the “broken windows” policy (prosecuting low-level crimes such as squeegee car window wipers and turnstile jumpers), the crime rate in N.Y.C. was reduced by over 70%.  His policy was continued by the succeeding Mayor Michael Bloomberg.  All that changed when Comrade Bill DeBlasio became mayor and the crime rate soared as a result of his lax law and order policies.

It is estimated that Soros funded the Bragg campaign to the tune of $1 million, which was more than enough to get him elected district attorney.  When will common sense take over in the electorate whereby people like Bragg would be denied screwing up our criminal justice system?  Since most of these radical prosecutors are Democrats in “blue cities”, it is almost an impossibility to prevent this assault on our criminal justice system.

Where have been our Democrat leaders in the House, Senate, and with Joe Biden, in using their vast influence to prevent the deterioration of law and order?  Their silence is tantamount to approving this serious breakdown of law and order, thereby being complicit in this disgraceful behavior by these elected officials.  This will definitely be part of the upcoming off-year election in November.  People are getting fed up with this inaction of the politicians, mostly all Democrats, and will take it out on them by throwing the rascals out of office in November.

The destructive nature of George Soros cannot be underplayed as he is one of the biggest campaign contributors to the Democrat Party.  When will the Democrats say enough is enough and refuse the “blood money” of this most despicable man?  Don't hold your breath.

​The far-left in the country have been very vocal in trying to inject into the school curriculum's, programs under the euphemism of “Social Justice”, which includes CRT (Critical Race Theory) and the 1619 Project, that are particularly deficient in historical fact.  When you confront those radicals, they claim they do not teach that type of dogma in the schools, but it seems that the teacher's unions and school administrators are turning a blind eye as to what is really going on in the classrooms around the country.

As a retired teacher, with over 30 years in the classroom, I can vouch that when that classroom door closes, the teacher can direct his personal feelings into the course curriculum, and that is what parents around the country observed and are now complaining about due to the “virtual” teaching that became the prevalent form of teaching during the pandemic. I, as a business teacher, plead guilty about my championing our free enterprise, capitalist system in my classroom, as that is what our Founding Fathers gave us in the Constitution. I tried to instill pride in our country and our economic system, and to try not to undermine the social mores of the country.  It was during the pandemic, as students were doing “virtual” learning at home, the parents were able to observe what their children were being taught, and for many they didn't like what they were seeing as to what was being taught to their children.

It is a known fact that most teacher's lean leftward in their political persuasion, as I observed during my tenure as a classroom teacher.  My conservative thoughts and ideas were definitely not in the mainstream of my fellow teachers and administrators.  Even though the school districts say those radical “social justice” programs are not sanctioned by the school district, they really don't know what is actually being taught in the classrooms.

Many parents have been organizing, around the country, to confront the various school districts about those inflammatory programs, as they feel that the leftist educators are trying to indoctrinate the students instead of teaching them.  In both the CRT and the 1619 Project, the ideas that are disseminated are that Whites (as a people) are the privileged class and that Blacks, and other minorities, are the oppressed classes.  No mention is made of the progress that the United States has made, over the years, to level the playing field for all, whether White, Black Latino, Asian and others.  Most everyone has the opportunity to achieve success in our society, regardless of your race, ethnicity, or gender and sexual orientation.  Many corporate CEO's are run by minorities, as well as a goodly number of state, city and local administrations and representatives.  This attempt at trying to separate people according to class, race, gender etc. is empirically divisive and conducive to unrest and violence.  As an example, the groups BLM and ANTIFA are groups using the oxymoron of “social justice” to justify their violence and mayhem across the country.

Very few people object to Blacks saying, “I'm proud to be an African-American”. Nor do many begrudge Asians, Latino's, and other so-called minority groups of being proud of their heritage and national origins.  But, with these radical “Social Justice” programs sponsored by the left, with a good portion of their financial backing given by notorious, George Soros, try telling people that you are proud to be White, male, Christian or straight, and see what happens. The “Cancel Culture” commando's will come after you with a vengeance, to shame or to get you fired from your job.  Ethnic pride is either good or bad.  I say it is bad when carried to extremes and which promotes “Balkanization” between various racial and ethnic groups. Supposedly, racism and bigotry was banned back in the 1960's with the passage of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, but it seems the leftists are trying to bring injustice back from the scrap heap of history.

Let's hope that these concerned parents can be the catalyst to lead our schools back to emphasizing the 3R's, to help prepare our kids for the real world, and not try to indoctrinate those “heads full of mush” by dividing them into hating our society, country, and each other.

No matter how much education, experience, or how many years you have lived, the one thing you can't fix is, stupid.  This mainly applies to the politicians who are running our country (some say into the ground).  Supposedly, most all are educated with college degrees and are mostly middle-aged or older, but if you can see what is happening in our country, the best you can say is that they are mostly all stupid.

Since the Chinese virus (the pandemic) has hit the world and the United States like a ton of bricks, we (through our elected politicians) have done things that reinforce the theory that they are stupid.  It seems that misinformation is the product that most of the politicians and government bureaucrats use to contradict themselves on an almost daily basis.  In order to combat the COVID virus since the beginning of 2020, the so-called experts, both in and out of government, have made many pronouncements that contradict what they have previously stated.

Take for instance, the wearing of masks.  First they said it was imperative that you wear a mask, then (according to Dr. Anthony Fauci), the masks were not useful.  As the pandemic has continued, up till this day, now masks are necessary and must be worn wherever we go (not only one but two masks, according to Fauci).  Then we had the fiasco that schools should be closed for in-person learning and that virtual learning at home should take its place.  As a result, learning took a hit, social and mental health problems affecting students rose, and suicides, along with drug and alcohol addictions have been spiking up.

As a result of the drastic measures of closing down many states and cities, many businesses folded up as result, never to reopen again.  In addition, due to the efforts of George Soros and other radical organizations, ANTIFA ans BLM, a rash of ultra-left wing attorney generals and district attorneys have been elected through their efforts. This has led to an inordinate amount of crime as result of these radicals instituting no bail or reduced bail for criminals arrested, emptying out our jails, and defunding the police, leading to many policemen retiring or resigning, thereby leaving a void in law enforcement. These actions, causing chaos and a rampant spike in crime, has mainly occurred in states and cities run by Democrats. Stupidity seems to be the norm instead of common sense.

To compound the crime situation, our “stupid” politicians, again mainly represented by the Democrat Party, have gone on a spending spree whose main object is the “Transformation of America”, a policy originated by former President Barack Obama.  The Democrats have and are proposing to spend trillions of dollars in their quest to change America into the “United States of Europe” with their socialist oriented policies.  Our national debt is approaching the $30 trillion mark which is being financed by our Treasury Dep't. by printing and borrowing money, which fuels the rapid increase of inflation, with little end in sight. Many of these problems could have been mitigated or avoided if President Biden didn't put a sledgehammer to many of the policies of President Trump. If that wasn't the height of stupidity, than nothing is stupid.

That's why the election of of 2022 is so important in trying to bring common sense back into our government and our lives.  We must throw the stupid rascals out in 2022.  VOTE REPUBLICAN.

If I were black, I would be outraged at any Democrat elitist who thinks because I'm black, I don't have the capacity or intelligence to fend for myself and I need their imagined empathy to take me by the hand and guide me through a white world of unfairness.

If I were black, I wouldn't be a smart ass when stopped for questionable or suspicious activity and violently resist authoritative instruction.
